The Bridge on Jackson Road is a real location. Teenagers headed there on weekends when there was nothing to do, watching the city limits sign fade away in the rear-view mirror. They headed to a mysterious creek bed where echoes drifted back to them as they stood in the middle of the wooden bridge - echoes of young voices and idle hours. It was the place they went looking for a thrill, and sometimes they were indulged. This anthology is a collection of short stories intended to provoke those thrills of the 1950's and '60's - those howls from the bridge. It has the B-movie horror feel from days gone by.
