Joël Dicker (Ginebra, Suiza, 1985) es un escritor suizo en lengua francesa que saltó a la fama internacional con "La verdad sobre el caso Harry Quebert" (2012), un fenómeno editorial traducido a más de 30 idiomas que lo consolidó como maestro del thriller literario. Formado en Derecho en la Universidad de Ginebra tras estudiar Dramaturgia en París, Dicker debutó con "Los últimos días de nuestros padres" (2010), pero fue el Premio Goncourt des Lycéens y el Gran Premio de la Academia Francesa por "Harry Quebert" lo que lo catapultó al éxito.
