They can invade the daily life of the subject, keeping them passive. Most do not take into account the specific needs of people with multiple disabilities. Often, those relating to sensory-motor, neuromotor, oromotor, and orthopedic aspects are not integrated. However, the implementation of a "respiratory lifestyle" in daily life, adapted to the specific needs of the person and their "positional part," would at least have a preventive effect. The various measures involved in this approach will be implemented primarily through therapeutic education of family and professional caregivers, together with the person with multiple disabilities.
