James Hoffmann es un barista, autor y consultor británico, reconocido por su influencia en el movimiento del café de especialidad. Ganó el Campeonato Mundial de Baristas en 2007 y cofundó Square Mile Coffee Roasters en Londres. Hermosa edición. La tapa dura y con textura es tremenda. Muy muy recomendado para los aficionados al café. Es un libro respetuoso que toca todos los temas necesarios, no es necesariamente profundo pero cada tema es conciso y bien redactado. Mismo estando en inglés no es un lenguaje muy técnico.
