Thoughts of Light is a non-traditional self-help book wherein I not only do the exercises with the reader as I work on manifesting the things I wish to have in my life, but I also explore what might be keeping me from them. It's also filled with inspirational shorts, written in a stream of consciousness form. Meaning, it's not a novel but a series of connected thoughts. I think, for the longest time, my biggest problem was, that I didn't believe in myself. I mean, if other people did, why didn't I? Among other things, I was afraid of my own greatness. So many are, but why? What is fear and what is it to be great? I would define greatness as letting your potential shine through and living your highest destiny. Fear keeps us from doing that, fear of change, and fear of the unknown. It's the whole not good enough syndrome. Every form of stimuli can be addictive and it's all just to escape the reality we don't want to face, but why? That's why I created this book, as a roadmap for major change, for myself, and for anyone willing to take the road less traveled. True transformation is real work. In picking this up though, you've made that first step. Let's see where the road takes us!
