Hi, I'm Salty. You met me in Book One, Who's Your Neighbor. I've been with Rusty and Lynnie ever since the two moved from Charleston, SC to Eustis, Florida. Twelve years later, I enjoy cruising on the pontoon boat, an occasional lick of Corona when spilled on the deck, and being the spoiled puppy of the Scupper family. That changed the moment Pepper made her appearance. All that naturally curly pup wants to do is play, play, play. Doesn't she realize I am old. She's a beauty, but way too frisky for me. Enough about Pepper and me. Let's talk about all the adventures Rusty, Lynnie and all their other human friends have had. The big cliff hanger ... did Lynnie survive Arias Ryder-Khan's revenge on DSO's warehouse? Remember, that's how Who's Your Neighbor ended, leaving us hanging whether my people mom lived. By the way, I only received a concussion and a knot on my head. Thanks for asking. Rusty travels a lot more without me, now. He not only hops from one coast to the other, he now travels the world, a lot. The Rusty Picker met its demise when the warehouse and offices were blown to smithereens. He's now involved in an arms manufacturing company in Austin, Texas and somewhere in Italy. He has some kinda spy company in Mount Dora and personal security company in Apopka. Somehow, I feel he has expanded his spy business internationally. Needless to say, it is a good thing Lynnie is around to feed me, cause Rusty doesn't spend much time with me, anymore. Opps. The secret's out. I know he was very upset when JB was beheaded by some Hezbollah dude. I saw it on the internet. Then a pirate shot one of his other friends. And, now I here we may be moving to some country that has nukes, whatever they are. All I know is, I don't get to see much of my best friend. Mom says that's about to change. We'll see. Meanwhile, sit back, relax (I've been told it is tough to do while reading What Goes Around), and be prepared to be entertained. If you ask me, this is a 'Best Seller', but I'm a dog, what do I know. Be self-indulgent and buy What Goes Around for yourself. But, don't be selfish, buy a couple more for your friends. After all, 15% of the price of each book goes to Hope for the Warriors.
