This is second English edition of the book previously published as 'Taoist Female Practices: Period of Preparation' (2008) significantly revised and expanded, accompanied by photographs. The book describes Taoist practices specific to female development. These practices help to bring out authentic womanhood and create a stable foundation for development of strong Yang energy, allowing a woman to become more self-confident and socially active in the modern 'masculine' world. Simplicity of the described techniques allows women to work on self-improvement independently; at the same time, the techniques provide basis for moving to deeper Taoist practices and continued development.
