Reseña del libro "Chasing the Cosmic Principle: Dowsing From Pyramids to Back Yard America (en Inglés)"

Anyone with a pendulum and a model pyramid can prove there's something different about these ancient monuments. Just hold one over the apex and the pendulum automatically goes into a rapid counter-clockwise spin. Sleep with a map of a pyramid beside your bed and you may get unusual dreams and start to feel relaxed, inspired and healthy. This is the essence of an Earth Energy book by long time dowser Robert Egby. Using Google Earth, Egby tracks incredible Areas of Influence surrounding pyramids which a spirit told him is a "Cosmic Principle." This Principle can be found not only in pyramids and Egyptian obelisks but in ancient designs, colors, a musical note, specific languages and particular words. Each will cause an involuntary counter-clockwise spin of a hand-held pendulum for no obvious reason. Also covered are ley lines, old Earth energy tracks frequently used by Native Indians to travel from one place to another. For instance New York, Washington DC and Philadelphia are all built on powerful leys which have influenced beneficial developments and are reflected in life today. Egby and his companion, Betty Lou Kishler spent three years dowsing and researching Earth energies both on Google Earth and driving along ley routes, climbing towers and trekking across meadows and islands. "Many pioneers knew about dowsing but with witch hunts all the rage," says Egby, "nobody talked about it publicly including George Washington, William Penn, the Catholic Church and the Frenchman who designed Washington DC." Although written for dowsers, the book also encourages others to start dowsing and seek healthy Earth energies such as leys and geospirals. But it also pushes exploration past the regular aspects of dowsing by encouraging closer examination of everyday items in our world that seemingly have no connection with the Cosmos or its Principle. As the author points out: Every discovery triggers new questions and that is the puzzle of the Cosmos. Why? It follows a similar book he wrote in 2011 "Holy Dirt, Sacred Earth: A Dowser's Journey in New Mexico."
