Written by a trauma surgeon with twenty-five years of experience in the high intensity world of acute care surgery, Dancing in the Operating Room is a series of short essays ranging in length from 250 to 2400 words, each written to illustrate a particular experience, a patient story, or to give an insight into the thought process of a surgeon.
