The experimental analysis was validated by the percentage number of occurrences, the cry of helpless farmers, the state government pronouncement and concerned NGO’s of the six Geo-political zones in Nigeria. The research was conducted on MATLAB software, H.P Laptop and Microsoft window 10 operating system.
