In an augmented reality, much like our own, a secret shadow government has been preparing for the creation of a New World Order since the latter part of the 20th Century. This group, composed of organized crime syndicates as well as wealthy capitalists, sometimes called the Illuminati, has subverted the major governments of the world. It has secretly established, via the use of Mind Control technology obtained from alien spacecraft, a single world power which uses the false democratic governments of the world as secret fascist puppets.
