The ultimate objective of this tribunal will be to prosecute and punish the perpetrators of the horrible crimes committed on Congolese soil during armed conflicts, described as the most deadly conflicts in the world since the Second World War.The creation of this repressive jurisdiction will be a real therapy to heal the wounds of the victims of the atrocities committed in the Democratic Republic of Congo in general and in its eastern part in particular.
