This story, although fiction, reminds us of what could happen if the world were to fall under the tyranny of a socialist dictatorship. It also teaches that no amount of time or oppression can destroy man's desire to be free and pursue his own dreams. After 200 years of oppression the flame of freedom is rekindled. A library is found that inspires a few people to experiment with less government control and greater individual input to the economy. They also discover the importance of recognizing a supreme being to guide their actions. Chad Billings, the chancellor of Delta Province, begins privatizing the economy and removing burdensome laws and regulations. This leads to prosperity and draws the attention of the President and Senate located in New York. David Jefferies is sent to investigate and this begins a movement that changes the world.
